No one ever really wants to go to an oral surgeon, but when I knew I had to, I got really lucky with Dr. Smith and the entire office. Everyone was very professional, they pre verified my insurance, carefully explained the process and went over the info on the bone graft. The actual procedure was quick and efficient (as far as I know) and recovery from the anesthesia was very quick. They called to check up on me within 24 hours I was close to fully functional. I would def recommend this team to anyone!!!

The office was very hot (uncomfortably so) and very crowded to the point my child had to sit in the floor at one point. We were sweating, which made me start to wonder how they were doing oral surgery in those conditions. Overall, his actual surgery was fast but the office was so hot and claustrophobic I truly regretted going there. The oral surgeon may be good but one issue weve had was they prescribed him only 1/2 25 mg promethazine (I am smaller than him I take 25 mg). He also didnt get enough oxycodone to manage pain. I dont want to leave an unfair review so I am giving them a 3. They should probably reschedule patients if they are off schedule rather than have people uncomfortable in poor conditions. I pay for Our dental insurance and Co pays and as a consumer I do expect more. The staff was nice though. Im sure they were doing their best in hard circumstances.
