Went to Arbys around 10 p.m. Saturday the march 30th to get something to eat for my family was third in line and waited for 15 minutes to order (everyone else in the drive through had enough and left) after waiting another 5 minutes I decided it was time to leave and went to Wendys next door!

Just got out of church & pulled to the drive-thru window @ 11:11pm tonight & of course the girl says the system is down & they are not taking anymore orders for the rest of the night. So why are you open? How do you know your system will not be up beforw closing time? Why are your employees sitting down on their phones? If the system is down why are you not closed? This location is the worst. Seems when I do want Arby's here it's always an issue with customer service & employees not wanting to serve customers before closing.. This isn't the first time this has happened. Same thing happened before but it was around 10pm. That's OK. Burger King getting all the orders in before 12 tonight. Arby's lost out on a lot of money tonight. SHOUT TO BK IN 35010. Making sure they take care of their customers even though they close in 30 min! Do BETTER Arby's. If I could leave a 0 star with 0 food that's exactly what I would do. It's not the system. Your system isn't always down 45min-1hr of closing time.
