Mr. Scott did several projects for my husband and I at our home. He repaired and added on to our irrigation system, installed a sump pump, and wired our home for LED lights in the backyard around the grill. The only issue I encountered with Mr. Scott is his inability to keep an open mind when asked about minor deficiencies pertaining to his work. For instance, he has come out several times within the last three weeks trying to fix our irrigation system. Even though he does not mind coming out to troubleshoot, he is not open to receiving recommendations from anyone to include the makers of the equipment. All he constantly states is that he has over 35 years of experience. This could potentially make one hesitant to do business with him in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Mark and his crew. We initially hired them to build a retaining wall but decided to grade a very steep slope and stabilize the soil instead. He kept us informed of daily progress and brought potential problems to our attention along with solutions to remedy them. We will definitely use them in the future! Mark was great from the beginning to the end. He worked efficiently along with his team to get several sump pumps and french drains installed at our home. He is very knowledgeable and communicates throughout the process to let you know what needs to be done, what's happening during the installation, and what he recommends. If you want someone who desires to do the best job and get it done quickly, I highly recommend Lawns By Scott.

Mark installed our sprinkler system and did a good job. He follows through on what he says he's going to do. What I liked the most about Mark is his customer service. He came over after the fact to help us make adjustments when we got a fence installed. He even volunteered to come talk with the fence installer to make sure there are no issues.
