        Called them to work on radiant gas heaters in a shop. Young tech showed up and said he didn't have the experience to work on them, which I understand and respect, but that he would send another tech over that did. I feel 100% confident that the young tech did deliver the message to his office. 2 weeks later, no one had shown up or called. Called them to see when they would be coming out, and was told they didn't have a tech that worked on those heaters anymore. And that they just didn't have any experienced techs. All of your techs have to be licensed. And radiant gas heaters are among the simplest of all. Fact is that they just didn't want to work on that small of a job. Could have just told us their story 2 weeks earlier. Heat and air company with the nicest looking vans, with the poorest work ethic, and least experienced techs. Edit: Read some of the reviews from other customers and noticed they have high ratings on installs. Which actually makes sense regarding the rest of my review. They want big job money. Not small repair work. I bet if we were doing a complete shop install of 6 brand new radiant gas heaters, they would be all over it. Or at least trying to figure it out.

        $75 service fee was charged and the technician quoted us an egregious price of $400 to install a thermostat. Other comparable HVAC repair businesses are $125 to install and they supply the required thermostat. Additionally, the technician turned the heating unit back on before he departed, in a hurry and it has been working fine since then. So, was his final assessment accurate? He said he was not receiving a connection to the thermostat. #seniorcitizens #veterans #alexandercityal Service: Repair HVAC
