        Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Best customer service I've received at a hotel. Housekeeping does an excellent job. Room was clean and stocked. If you're in Alexander City, this is the place to stay.

        I was told that due to city regulations the hot water could only be 120. Hot water all the way on was barely warm enough for an actual comfortable shower. Rooms were cleanish but outdated (I had to clean the mirrors, they were bad), wifi was absolutely awful but the staff was very nice. I would stay again because the price was good, but only if the hot water was better. Unfortunately will have to try somewhere else and test that hot water regulation because it was that tough for a 4 day stay.
