Advantage Dental is the BEST! On my son's first visit he was so terrified that I didn't think we would actually make it into the office but from the front desk administrators right on up to the dentist, they all made his first experience not only comfortable but, dare I say, Fun? As a parent, I really appreciated how the dentist and the hygienist both spoke with me about my son's examination explaining the procedures that were done that day and his treatment plan to fill a cavity. That's been three years ago and now when I mention it's time for his cleaning, he's already in the car, saying let's Go! But most importantly I am still receiving that same hands on approach by the staff to his oral care. However, when you get that reminder call about your appointment day/time. CALL them back to confirm. Appointment times fill up fast and are sometimes hard to come by, so it is very important that you let them know whether you are coming or if you have to reschedule. Because if you don"t they will bump you.
