Wells Fargo ATM

It always takes so long just to deposit money..The atm seems to be working maybe half the time... Is there another wells fargo in alex city al? The wells Fargos in baldwin county ars much better

I have used this bank prior to it becoming Wells Fargo. At least 30 years. Had the worst experience ever today. Tried to cash a check / and deposit a check with valid license and account number. Drive through teller would not do either because my account was in my user name / not my birth name. Even with account number and Drivers License. Regions Bank has been a casual bank to use periodically, It will now be my primary bank. This location will become another of many Wells Fargo's closing. This is not just a teller issue / it is a management issue

This bank has been declining in service for a long time. No transaction is easy. They make it difficult for you to cash checks. It’s even worst when you go in and want to take a large amount from your owe account. The staff is not polite at all. Glad we are cutting our ties with them. We have been at this location since it was South Trust.

Love this branch. Prefer this one over any in alabama we have been to. Very friendly, knows customers by name. Would recommend to anyone.
