        My daughter just moved in, and we went over to check out her new place, I was shocked to see what she was paying $600 per month for. The kitchen is so small that if 2 people are in it at the same time, it's crowded. When you open the fridge door, it's about 3" away from the sink. It looks like they gave it a new paint job, and they painted over bad repair work and bad paint. There are many places to rent around Alexander City. It's just sad that they would charge that much for something that might be worth $400 per month. I meant to say that there aren't many places to rent in Alexander City. This review is my opinion, and mine only and in no way reflects the way my daughter feels about it, as long as she's happy with it is all that matters. I retired as a general contractor out of Florida and Georgia, and I know that with prices getting higher every day, it costs a lot to do a renovation on an apartment complex

      Hey Jack, do you know how much it costs to renovate an apartment? Probably not, and nobody twisted her arm to move in, she was very excited and pleased to move in. And if you call around most places don't have anything for rent right now. Maybe you should think before you post a review without knowing your info. 400 per month for what is just short of being a house? It doesn't have any neighbors attached to that building and it has washer dryer hookups. Do your research. We put a lot of money into being able to offer a good place for people to live, you could barely rent a trailer for 400 dollars a month.
