        These tax preparers were paid to file my son's tax returns and they did not. They refused to pay any penalties or interest. This caused us mental anguish dealing with all the red tape of the IRS and the state of Alabama. They did not respond to the Better Business Burueau complaint that is on their website if you would like to read the full complaint. It cost us hundreds and hundreds of dollars to get multiple returns straightened out.
