Will not answer the phone. Will hold funds after the sending bank has released them and will not communicate. The phone number online for this branch defaults to an invalid number after ringing multiple times.

and if youre not a big business or business in general.dont bank with them. Id go to a smaller branch bank. I get hit with frauds so many times and many stories from friends.. Imagine going negative in account due to fraud getting money back then days later regions takes the money back and leaves you back 200+ negative. So I got the money then they took it back. No respect for this bank. Maybe its just me they dont respect. I will soon take all my money out an no longer bank there. The only upside is you can get a debit card printed the same day.
