        I would give them a Negative 5 if I could... Run, run, use any other pharmacy.. We just moved to Alabaster...We had been using Helena Publix Pharmacy for the last 4 or 5 years and never had any issues...They always went above and beyond to help us and we were never treated rudely. This Publix Pharmacy in Alabaster are a bunch of clowns, they're rude and unprofessional...

        Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The only reason I get Rx here is bc of requirements thru insurance/employer. Almost impossible to get meds refilled unless you actually go to the pharmacy to request refill and plan waiting an hour plus and they don't always fill what the doctor writes, just suggest over the counter alternative. If I had an option I would go just about anywhere else.

        I was just there a few minutes ago and the very rude male pharmacist refused to fill my prescription, even after my drs office called them. I WILL NOT BE BACK !!!!!

        This review is for the pharmacy at White Stone Center. I had a recent emergency with my mother - brought her here to live with us and needed a very important medication. They’d forgotten to give it to me at her pharmacy in MS, and I was a bit frantic. Huge thanks to Cindy Hardee, who took care of everything AND saved me (and my mom) a lot of money (this med isn’t covered by her insurance). I am so thankful and grateful to Cindy for her help!
