        Jessica Moore was the first person I spoke with. She was very helpful in getting my Pop there and comfortable. When his therapy from VA was running out she assisted me in filling out the necessary forms for Medicaid. Jessica is very kind and knowledgeable of procedures. If there is a problem of any kind she is ready to solve it. The staff is friendly. The receptionist is always smiling and greets you like an old friend. The nurses and CNAs are helpful and seem to care about their patients. My Pop has been there since October and for the most part things have been good.

        My mom has stayed at the Healthcare at Buckcreek a couple of times in respite! We were very pleased with her care. Jessica made the admission process very easy. She answered all of my questions and made us feel very confident in my moms level of care while we were away. We would not hesitate to use this facility again.

        Jessica Moore is an extremely talented employee. She made the Medicaid and admissions process so easy. She assisted us with the admissions and Medicaid form making it much easier to understand and streamlined the process. She provided us with a detailed list of items needed to complete the process and made herself available for any questions we had after leaving her office. You can tell Jessica loves her work and loves helping people which makes us feel good about the decision to use The Healthcare Center at Buck Creek. This establishment is fortunate to have Jessica on their staff.
