Not freaky fast at all. Took over 20min its for sandwiches and they didnt have French bread. How are you a sandwich shop and you dont have bread? Were catering to the drive thru and online orders before the ones that ordered I person. Disappointed.

This is by far the worst location Ive ever been to, nothing like going to the drive thru order speaker at 12:00 pm and see JJ employees outside smoking then wait in the line with only one other car for way too long, the food isnt worth it, this is the second time Ive been there and had to wait entirely too long in the drive thru and it will be my last time for sure

Freaky Fast? In your dreams! Delivery takes well over an hour. Order for pick up if you can. Pick up is quick. Otherwise, you need to order well before you're hungry. There's a 50/50 chance the delivery driver won't knock or ring the bell when they drop your bag at the door. It took 2 hours for me to get my sandwich. I ended up having to go to the store to pick it up. Still had to pay the delivery fee and tip that I had prepaid on the app. They're excuse was that they were baking bread. It was peak dinner time and they didn't have bread? They didn't call to give me a heads up. But they knew exactly who I was when I called to check on my order.

Went through the drive thru and the young lady who gave us our pickup was exceptionally kind. I wish I got her name. I dont think positive experiences are acknowledged enough and I just wanted to take the time to say this. I hope this employee is appreciated and valued.
