The waiting is ridiculous. They schedule several individuals all at the same time. We had to spend 90 minutes waiting before we were seen. The place is a joke. Their waiting area has only 6 chairs all sandwiched by each other, no distance whatsoever. My bathroom is bigger than the waiting room. And then they tell you to wear a mask. How about you move those chairs apart? 2 ladies at the desk, one was nice, the other one was just so dry like am asking her to do me a favor. Pens are secured inside instead of outside, like people are going to steal a $0.10 pen. The MRI lady was so nice. The sign out on the street is confusing, located between 2 buildings. Nothing tells you where to go once you are in the parking lot... just a strange place all together. Will definitely be going elsewhere next time.

I only send my patients to see Rob at this location. Brandi and all staff have always been wonderful and very thorough. The radiologist, Dr. Wagoner, is very personable and always right on target. I sincerely trust everyone in this office.
