I visited the Alabaster location. Everyone was very friendly. I waited maybe 5 minutes before I was taken back. They took a thorough medical history to make sure they didnt give me anything that would have a negative reaction, The facility was very clean and neat. The only reason I didnt give a 5 is because this was set up by someone wanting to fill their pockets by not hiring local staff. If you need assistance by phone after you leave, you get a phone number for facilities in every state they do business. A return call can take 24-48 hours. In person service is excellent.

Went to Fast Pace after finding them on google. I had called America family care in Calera and Alabaster and neither wanted to help. Told me to go to the ER. Which I did, and once there I was told it could be up to 4 hours to be seen. I had surgery earlier the week before and there was some concern with the incision are that my Doctor in North Carolina was concerned with and wanted me to have it looked at. Fast Pace was awesome!! They got me in and really quick and Dr. Robin was a great help. Thanks so much FP! Ill definitely be back should anything else ever arise and will recommend you to everyone..
