I have been going there for several years. The nurse practitioner Jenn is the very best NP that I know. She is thorough, she listens to what you have to say, is very conscientious to her patients. One of the best experiences, if not the best experience Ive ever had. I will continue to go there as long as she is there! I never have a problem when calling to get prescriptions refilled, or get an appointment.!

He has been my Dr for over 40 years. He is the only doctor that took time with his patients. I never felt rushed during my visits. He was an awesome physician.

Had an appt. To get antibiotics. The idiots said someone will call right away. They never called. They wont answer the phone after 3 calls or return messages. Now 4 hours later they are closed and no pills were ever called in. They are incompetent liars. I quit seeing dr McClelland because he went crazy and started saying things that made no sense , and now everyone working these is just like him. Ill find a new doctor.

Doctor office now got the IV lounge, and also, they have done lots of new repairs, a new waiting room couch and chairs, and new paint on walls and floor. The office looks really nice. Don't even feel like you at the doctor office, which is a good thing if you can feel comfortable waiting to see a doctor. They have nice background music too now, which is nice. Also Doctor office now has a new payment system and lots of changes.
But Jennifer is still great and finding time to see and help all her patients.
I strongly recommend you see Jennifer Gafnea as your NP. She is amazing and so kind, friendly, helpful, and professional. Jenn is the best and nicest nurse practitioner that I know since I have been living in the USA for 6 years, and that is how long I know her. She helped with all the medical problems that I had over the years. She will listen to your concerns and answer every question. I wish all the doctors would be as friendly as Jenn and would listen to my concerns as she does.
The doctor's office has a waiting room with plenty of sit, clean patient rooms, and really nice nurses and staff.

After years of my entire family and extended family visiting this office we will no long return. Minor frustrations being topped off by an unwillingness on their part to acknowledge and correct their own shortcomings.
With a minor infection I called their office and was told to go visit a walk in clinic because the McClelland office HAD NO ONE ON STAFF THAT DAY WHO COULD WRITE A PRESCRIPTION. This inept scheduling thus required that I indeed go to a walk in clinic and pay their $40 copay. After doing so I was prescribed a medicine that 3 days later the clinic wanted to change. Confused, I called MY doctor's office, the McClelland office. The return call from the office was not a simple courtesy call but apparently treated as a teledoc call which costs another $40. When I reached out to politely request that the copay be credited off the account (for the reasons detailed above) I was denied.
I understand that an office visit to the McClelland office would have originally cost the normal $40 copay but now I'm out $80 because their office failed to staff accordingly or have an appropriate person on call for such situations, and sent me to a walk in clinic who also charged me a copay.
If they're failing to own up to their inadequacy of staffing their office to actually treat their patients then what prevents this from happening again to me or others?
