        I have got to say the Michaels in Alabaster is the best Michaels I have ever been to. The customer service (even if theyre off the clock) will ask if I need help. Some have even remember me and asked how I was doing! The people who helped me today was Rylee and Monique and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND for all my questions. Beyond impressed.

        This store is well organized and clean. The employees are friendly and helpful. I have only gone in to pick up a couple items but the accuracy of in stock items when placing a pick up order is good. It's nice not having to drive to hoover for a craft store. I will say this store layout is definitely different that most of the stores ive been to but its not difficult to find what you need, the isles and endocarps are labeled appropriately.
