Excellent experience with Michael with Higgins Home Inspections. Michael called ahead of the inspection and notified me of what to expect (email with agreement and invoice). He also let me know that he would do the inspection in the morning and have the report shortly after. The report was so detailed and easy to follow that I honestly couldnt believe we looked at the same house! There were many pictures with explanations from the lowest point to the highest point of the house. Later that day, Michael called for the post inspection consultation and I felt at ease with knowing that a true professional inspected our future home. Id highly recommend using Higgins Home Inspection!

I used Higgins Home Inspection to check out the house I am buying. It is an older home and I wanted a thorough inspection to know what I was getting myself into. The Higgins Team was easy to schedule an appointment with and on time. When I arrived afterwards to hear what they had found, they spent about thirty minutes walking in and around the house, pointing out what they found, and what they thought my next steps should be. Within an hour after I had the full report that had everything we went over with pictures. They use an awesome color coded system to tell apart immediate risks from standard maintenance. Michael called me a day afterwards to tell me about a piece he accidentally left off and redid the report to add it in. They are extremely courteous, and explain things in a way that inexperienced people can understand. The pricing was some of the best I've seen when shopping around, and I definitely feel I got my money's worth. Would highly recommend!
