        Terrible customer service! Placed cashiers check on hold for 7 days without any reason and are not releasing it! Have been driving to the branch, calling customer service seems like no one can help as it is holiday season and all the manager are on vacation or leaving early! These are exact words of the business relationship lady in the branch. Stay away from this bank to avoid any problems! There are a few better just across the street!
