Brandi Wellons, Lead Funeral Director, was so wonderful to work with. She met our family within 20 minutes of our first call to guide and direct us thru the process of planning my dads (Larry Tingen) visitation, funeral service, and graveside internment. Brandi answered all of our questions and made herself available to all of us and kept us informed thru the entire process. She scanned so many pictures for dads video and she personalized his video based on what we shared with her to include a fishing rod and a video of a man fishing which reminded me so much of my dad. Brandi, helped us stay within our budget. She also saved some of my dads ashes in a small urn for me and my daughter to make jewelry. Brandi was also at the funeral home directing the family and the pallbearers in and out of the service. She made trips to our home to have paperwork signed and bring flowers and thank you cards. She also came on Easter Sunday to bring my dads ashes for the internment. I am so thankful she was there along side of us as well as the other staff members at Rich and Thompson Funeral Home in Graham thru this process. She took care of all of the details so that we could focus on honoring dad. Thank you Brandi! You are the best!!!
