They were able to get out to my clients home quickly and gave great service while there. They explained everything in detail and my client was pleased with the recommendation. They are my first and only call for pest services.

I called to get a pest control service from them and they scheduled me for 10:20 in the morning. They called back to reschedule me for between 4 and 5 this past Saturday which worked better for me. Long story short, the technician was a no call no show. They called me Monday saying there was a note to call me in my chart. I called back an hour later and neither one of the phone numbers worked, it gave me a busy signal to the number provided and their other number disconnected me every time I tried to call. I could not get through to anyone. Unprofessional and disappointing. They wasted my time. I also want to edit that they said the technician called me and could not get through- I waited by my phone until 5:30pm. I received no call, no voicemail.
