        After a poor prior experience with ServPro we called Fast Action Restoration based upon their favorable online reviews. On a Sunday morning they arrived within about an hour of our call and immediately began their mitigation services. They kept us well informed throughout the process and treated us like valued long-term customers. Fast Action provides restoration services through reliable subcontractors which they manage and were able to get sheetrock repair, painting and wood floor replacement completed in about a week. They were also knowledgeable about the insurance claim process, communicated directly with the insurer throughout the process and told us more about coverages than our insurer to help us recover as much as possible. Joe, many thanks to you and Patrick for all your hard work and assistance with the insurance. Services: Remodeling, Water damage-related cleanup & repair

        Water heater burst and immediately I knew who to call. Joe answers and says Ill send Patrick right over. Patrick shows up within 45 min of my call and handles EVERYTHING!!! Dryers, blowers, humidifiers, the whole 9 yards. I then hire Joe to tackle the remodeling of my flooring, baseboards, and doors. Im sooo glad I did. His flooring and painting guys were top notch and Joe even got me a pod to store all my belongings while they were doing the work. Dont even hestitate to call Joe at Fast Action. Joe thanks again for everything we love our new house!
