Arc tv is no longer in business. It's too bad. In the past, they accepted donations of electronic devices, fixed VCRs, and I even bought a used Blu-ray player from them.

Well, what do you know. An honest repair shop. I took my microwave oven in to be repaired and I was told that it was only the fuse. I needed a new fuse. I could have been charged for any part replacement and I would have never known the difference. But these guys are honest. And they did the work quickly. My microwave was repaired for the price of evaluating it + an additional $5 dollars. I can't remember the last time that happened to me. There is no question, they will be seeing me again!

I came here looking for a thermostat switch for a downright ancient Mr. Coffee AD12 drip coffee machine. The switch is not easily available anymore unless i want to order 5000 of the from China, but a small appliance shop would likely have a few on hand. So I came here hoping to pick one up. He refused to sell me the thermostat switch because he said it would take too long to sell a part. He insisted that I bring the machine to him and drop it off for them to fix for the same price as the cost of the switch. How does it take longer to sell a part than to install it for the same cost? I'm a former full-time electronics technician and licensed ham. Why would I have someone else work on a simple drip coffee maker, when I can easily do it myself? The former owner would have had no problem just selling the part. I miss him. Will no longer use them.
