Inter Valley Escrow

Adrian is an amazing escrow officer.  His communications skills and ability to facilitate the deadlines we were under were far from exemplary on a file that we needed to close in a timely manner.  I have worked with many escrow companies.  Intervalley Escrow responded to all my emails in a timely manner and were always available when placing a call.  They are truly professionals who take pride in their closing and delivered heroic customer service.  I look forward to working with Adrian and his team again.  I also highly recommend them for all your closing needs.  Great job Adrian and team.  Looking forward to our next deal together. :)

They charged me for a cancellation fee, which most escrows never charge and it was not even disclosed upfront. It cost me $250 for the fee, very disappointed. Rude customer service as well (I spoke with Krystal). Don't waste your time with this escrow, they will charge additional fees.

As a first time home buyer, you never know what to expect. I consider myself very  lucky to have worked with Inter Valley Escrow, Erik Oakland and his amazing team. I must absolutely recognize that Matteo Merloni was by far the most helpful, kind, patient and persistent executive. He navigated many levels of communication through a few challenging moments. He was knowledgable, prompt, organized and followed through on every promise. At the 11th hour, he gave it his absolute all and I am so grateful for that. I truly enjoyed my  experience. Amazing people. How many buyers can say that escrow went smooth and easy? I would highly recommend them and hope their glowing reviews calm all your home closing jitters.

My fiancé and I just closed on our first home! As a first time home buyer, I couldn't be more grateful that escrow was through Inter Valley. Jai and the team were so communicative, kind and detail oriented. They made sure we understood each step of the process and really taught us about the home-buying process. Working with Inter Valley Escrow was the best part of our home buying process (minus getting the actual keys to our home ha!) There is no need to go anywhere else, they are the best escrow company in town!
