I use to go here. A new office policy requires a credit card to be on file. I have good insurance, I do not feel comfortable having a card on file. The insurance and medical world is messy enough without my personal financial information involved. I will not be returning to this office. They also gave me a hard time with my previous referral, making me setup an unnecessary phone interview with my primary care physician. Big waste of time for silly "policies".

This place is a pain. They kept trying to charge me a higher copay than was required and refused to contact my insurance about it. What kind of healthcare facility has this policy? I had to get my insurance on the phone and ask the receptionist to speak with them to finally sort it out.

The doctors are good but I felt they disrespected my time! I came for a noon appointment. 50 minutes in I asked if were next in line? Then they told me that it will be 30 minutes more and if I would like to reschedule.

Very disappointed in this place now they are requiring a credit card on file to charge whenever there is a balance on your account. This is not okay my insurance has paid a bill but the medical office said they didnt get it and they sent me to collections this would have gone on my credit card. It is not okay to charge a credit card without authorization. I need to make sure my insurance did not pay it before being charged. I had to switch to another dermatologist because I would not authorize them to charge my credit card on file whenever they want.

I trust Dr. Larian to take care of my childrens skin conditions and will go nowhere else! I cant believe someone reviewed with Wikipedia as a reference, anyone in the medical community or any scholarly work would know Wikipedia is something that would never even be considered for medical (or any) factual information. Homeopathic remedies should ALWAYS be considered before trying something chemical, non-natural, or invasive treatment. If you have a Google-PhD then stay home and treat yourself, for those that seek expert medical advice, natural and western medicine, this is the place for you! Incredibly kind staff, and family oriented and very intellectual doctors who love what they do. I drive about an hour to come here and will continue to do so. Dr. Larian and his team truly care about your health and happiness during your appointment and after! They want us to be comfortable in our skin (literally) and will go above and beyond to help you get there.
