Still waiting on Anthony Sylvan to fix my pool issues. It has been over two years. They fix one issue only to have another issue happen. Have tried numerous times and different options to communicate. Crickets.

My pool has a huge crack in it. Pulling dirt into the pool and ground outside pool is sinking. They have lost their mind if they think Im paying $850 for a company to come and leak test. Once I sent the warranty email in, I havent been able to get anyone on the phone. Service: Inground pool installation

5 years later still waiting for my pool light to be fixed ,horrible experience after spending so much money with this company to build my pool ,so many delays during building it and i was super reasonable with them . But their customer service once they get paid is bad ,totally unacceptable! Services: Tile brushing, Swimming pool water feature maintenance

For over 4 months we have been attempting to have Anthony and Sylvan come out to finish the construction of our pool. It took them over a yearThey have failed to close the permit with the city of Boerne. We have also had a leak in our spa that has been identified by Anthony and Sylvan but has not been repaired. They refuse to return phones and emails. This company has provided by far the worst experience ever. I would not recommend them to anyone. Services: Swimming pool water feature maintenance, Swimming pool equipment repair, Design, Swimming pool resurfacing
