Absolutely horrible. Apt was Feb 13 paid well over 400$ for glasses. Came in first week of March yes they had the glasses but they were wrong. They said it would b fixed the would call a week later well here we r three weeks later and I stopped in to see what's up with them oh well they had them they just forgot to call. I will never go here again and I will let everyone I no no that this place is a joke.

I needed new glasses. The staff at Nationwide Vision was friendly and helpful. The eye tests I had were thorough and extensively explained to me. The whole process to determine exactly what I needed was smooth.
Edit: I had to change my rating from 5 stars to 4 stars. I waited over two weeks for my new glasses to come in and for someone to contact me. I finally called to get a status update and they said my glasses were there. I wish someone called me when my glasses arrived.

I would give them a zero star but can't. Your company needs to specify that we will be there for 3 hours because I would've got a sitter because he gets impatient. It was a horrible horrible experience they wanted us here 15 minutes before a 4:00 appointment ended up being here for 3 hours still here doing an we are just now being seen hours later.I will never come back to this place ever again ever again please take my word for it and do not come to this place horrible service. When you have customers waiting in your office for hours on their appointments maybe you should have a working bathroom also. Wow this place is super expensive and treats customers like garbage
