Ophthalmologist is excellent. The people that sell and measure for glasses are not so good. They are In too big of a hurry, no help in finding suitable frames, focus was off last year, lines in wrong place in my line of sight. I returned twice and was told I would get used to it. Just don't seem to care.

I was so VERY DISAPPOINTED after CATARACT SURGERY on my left eye, VERY NICE DR.
However it was then AFTER the surgery i heard RUMORS on
WESTERN EYE CARE
It has been 4 months & my eye is worse than before my CATARACT SURGERY, My reading of words are now VERY BLURRY & i CAN'T DRIVE at NIGHT ANYMORE,
I was to scared to go back to get right eye cataract surgery done & i never went back, I will now need to pay to get lasik surgery in order to fix that eye BUT JUST HEARING AFTER MY SURGERY AFTER THAT
DR SHICKNER HAS DONE TERRIBLE CATARACT SURGERY ON OTHER PEOPLE CATARACT SURGERY THAT WAS SO VERY HURTFUL TO HEAR i really truly hate being the person to write bad reviews & I'm jus now being smart & noticing there ratings, just pay attention to ratings, I am not happy at all becuz I hate wearing glasses & I'm not good @ contacts, my eyes feel so different from each eachother

Pleasant office staff and doctors. I would recommend them. Not to long of a wait.

Had to play phone tag for weeks to just get the appointment then had it scheduled for 230 didn't see the doctor till 4... Horrible schedule horrible customer care and they rush u out even though it's their fault for over booking...
