My (our) interest with Reeds has been primarily with watches. We initially were looking for only one specific model. Having no previous purchase history and reading stories on the internet about Rolex dealers in general, I realized that the premium I'd pay to have the watch is actually worth less than the agony the wait is costing, bought watch from a third party.
I brought this essentially new watch to Ashley and team shortly after receiving just to validate that it is legitimate, not stolen or otherwise suspicious and was given immediate peace of mind. Mind you, we had bought nothing at this point. Reeds owed us nothing, they represented the brand. (A+)
Having this modern model after wearing an older model for over twenty years sparked new interest in specific other models, which we then expressed our interest in. We have received purchase offers of models that have come in that weren't quite what we wanted, which we politely declined. We've even had another 3rd party purchase validated, we've now had two watches serviced through Reeds and this past month we finally connected on a watch that was on our wish list. No special purchases required, just a small bit of patience and understanding. We await many more.

I just purchased a couple gifts at Reeds from Kayleigh McCormick. She was so helpful and had great recommendations based on what I was looking for. I will definitely look for her next time I need any jewelry!

I worked with Jen and she made sure everything went smooth and delivered on time. My wife has a necklace that we add to Everytime we have a major life event and our most recent was just as smooth as the rest. Reeds is always my go-to jeweler and Jen is now my go-to jewelerista(?)
