ADT Security Services

I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service provided by ADT. I have encountered significant issues and experienced a complete lack of resolution when attempting to address them through your "customer service" representatives. Firstly, I had an appointment scheduled with ADT on 5/27/23 from 12 to 4 pm, which I purposely made an effort to accommodate despite it being a holiday weekend and my own birthday as I need this battery beeping noise gone! To my dismay, at 3:15 pm, a representative called me to inform me that the technician was running behind schedule. I explicitly expressed the urgency of having my battery fixed before or right at 4 pm, but despite my request, the technician never showed up at all. I waited a total of 4 hours like if I dont have anything else to do! What's even more frustrating is the fact that ADT didn't bother to notify me that the technician wouldn't make it, leaving me in a state of complete disappointment. A complete waste of my time. Throughout my attempts to communicate with ADTs customer service representatives, I found them consistently talking over me, displaying a lack of empathy, and failing to provide any satisfactory solutions. This behavior is not only disrespectful but also highlights ADT's disregard for its customers. I must express my deep disappointment in ADT's overall service. The blatant lack of professionalism and respect for customers' time is not only disappointing but also unacceptable. It is disheartening to witness the precious time I dedicated to ADT being completely wasted due to their negligence. My recommendation to all is go with Xfinity or anybody else. I am only using them for the two year period and I am done with ADT. Not worth the headaches.

Worst security system on the market overpriced out-of-date the customer service does not exist once you give them your credit card they're going to charge you multiple times a month you're at their Mercy There are wires all over my beautiful home he ruined my home holes in the walls they're ugly system is garbage call SimpliSafe SimpliSafe SimpliSafe SimpliSafe beware beware beware Update one week later no one from ATT is willing to help me have called everyday spend hours on hold my credit card company will stop all payments but no one at this company wants to help me but they sure do want to charge my credit card three times a month

Terrible service. I have spent several hours in the last few days, the problem remains unsolved.

They lied in the door trying to get a sale. My alarm never worked. Day 2 I request to cancel the service and come get the equipment. 6 months later they call me everyday requesting payment. I talked to so many departments all the do is pass the calls. I informed them I am in and out the hospital and please fix the problem as of today nothing has been done. Bad Business.
