As a first time home owner, Gene made this experience so easy! He arrived a little earlier before his appointment to explain to me the process and what he was doing/looking for in our new home. After the inspection was done, he sat done with me and discovered all the things he needed to report to me and slowly explained them to me which I really appreciated. If you are looking for an inspector who does an amazing job, I would highly recommend this guy! Not only is he súper profesional and knows what he is doing, he’ll give 100% clarity, honesty, and support. Couldn’t of asked for a better person. Also, super funny guy! Lots of jokes to make me feel at ease. Thanks again Gene!! You are amazing!!!

As a 25+ year veteran of the real estate industry I can attest to Gene's excellence in knowing his craft. He is a skilled inspector who has inspected detached, attached townhouse and attached condominium properties for me over the last few years. I find his approach to be easy going, his inspections to be thorough and his manner when dealing with clients to be non-alarmist. He is clear and concise in his explanation of issues, choosing only to discuss things that are of importance or are items needing resolution. He provides a clear cut summary page of recommendations and a detailed report outlining the property's condition. In an industry where many individuals offer services buyer and/or sellers need, it's nice to be able to count on Gene for his skill and demeanor at property inspections.
