Well I was fresh out of school and I applied at this company Taylor made it so easy and within 2 days I was on a plane to orientation I now been with the company 15 months and really been taken care of like every company theres issues although talking with your dispatcher or break down they get on the issue right away I really am happy over all .

Value Trucking of AZ has been nothing short of amazing. The onboarding process was smooth and quick. Taylor was GREAT, very responsive and overdelivered each and every time! She is only a phone call away any time I need anything. During orientation, Melissa was always helpful and made me feel welcomed the minute I stepped foot on the property. Dispatchers James, Josh, and Ishmael deserve recognition for always going over and beyond and keeping me rolling. Eddie with maintenance is a stand-up guy. Gets the job done efficiently and effectively! Damien at headquarters has also been amazing to work with, certainly someone you want on your team! Overall, this company is run by some genuinely great people and one big happy family. Definitely recommend!
