        Signing in and filling everything out online was pointless. Still had to stand in line for over 25min with a full bladder and fill everything out manually. Technician was the BEST she was very kind and made me comfortable.

        I started my cancer journey a month ago and Simon Med has canceled or tried to reschedule 16 appointments over 4 different facilities. They are the worst! Their employees are rude and lack work ethic, common sense, and customer service.

        Way too long of a wait. X-rays should have an appointment. Just doing them as a walk- in basis means a two hour wait. Ridiculous! Update: four years later the board says appointments are on time, but there was a 40 minute wait! Not acceptable! Nothing has been fixed.
