Corey in Parts was professional & engaging even as he sold me the blades. Thank you. Monte' was courteous & attentive to answer all my questions. Thank you. It's the small things that means so much. Phenomenal experience with Justin regarding my belt routing after I replaced the blades by removing the deck. How valued and respected he made me feel! He took his time and much patience to help me understand the diagram. (it was hard to follow from a sketch) He effectively managed ten other phone calls and customers at the counter. Sending a internet photo wasn't enough; he accepted images from me. He was able to diagnose and guide me to fix it. I ran to get tools, not realizing it was close to 5pm. But he called me at closing time to make sure he didn't leave me hanging overnight. You are above and beyond, Justin. Thank you What an incredible positive experience!

Top Tier Sales parts and service. I recently purchased a skid steer from Christian Sanchez over at UAT in Bryan. I have purchased from many dealers over the years, but every time I come to UAT Bryan, I am treated with the utmost respect and feel I have recieved good pricing as well. From Christian (store mgr), Craig (parts) to the guys in the the service department. All Top Notch, Super professional and genuine. My JD dealer of choice for sure going forward. Thanks for all the help! OH and by the way.. I have a JD dealer 12 miles from my ranch that I drive by to get to UAT in Bryan (70 miles away).
