This court appointed attorney has taken years to resell an easy estate. Since the inception , my cousins properties have declined, taxes not paid, suspect tenants paying rent to whom? Person property gone. Him I guess.
The whole thing still not settled. He even tried to sell to an accountant partner for a big discount. We stopped that but wonder about the county hiring these “questionable” people to deal with innocent folks estates. Mr. Kunda has proven he is a poor, poor choice as a trusted attorney.
My opinion, this attorney is someone you really want to avoid

Preston was unnecessarily abrasive, failed to return calls, failed to respond to emails, and lacked attention to detail.
