    Waited about 30 minutes when knowing workers were in the back office when knowing they had customers waiting. Upon my time with the employee I kindly asked him thst I wanted to buy a certain phone. The employee rudely telling me that the phone that I wanted was a "cheap" phone and that my wife was going to hate her life for buyer her that certain phone. Asking me questions in why I was buying this phone. Mind your business....always have issues with this store.

    walked in yesterday to a welcoming greeeting from the manager here then transitioned to a female employee whos name started with a W, she was very rude and gave me the worst service ive had at this location in a while. definitely considered not returning.

    Yesterday I went to a team because in the store they made the complaint, the cell phone did not turn on, they did it from one day to the next, I asked about the person who made my complaint and he is busy with another customer, the owner of the store continues to assist me, and I say it this way because of the rude attitude he had, he asked me for my ID and my damaged equipment, when he sees it he tells me that he cannot deliver the equipment because it is damaged and I told him where they checked it here and it does not turn on, that is the reason I told him, don't tell me anything, talk to the person who made the claim, call him and tell him what is happening and between them they are speaking in English, I don't understand it nor do I speak it but my husband was on another line and Listening to the attitude of that woman, why were they going to give me the equipment that the policies provided and I don't know what else, and Jose, who is the person who made the claim and who told me that I was only going to pay $5.41, told him to talk to I don't know who. He said the name, then he told me the manager and the indignant woman authorized me, and I don't know how they turned on the damaged phone but it didn't charge and he wanted me to go to Boca Chica to have it checked and I told him no, the new phone He was there to make sure that the damaged one turned back on and I told him I hope and he's not going to charge me the $100 deductible on my next bill. They must not have those types of people serving clients, the woman is very bad, I forgot to ask her name, but Jose behaved well, respecting my complaint because he spoke to his manager.
