Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. At Premier Arms we sell everything from pre-Civil War firearms to modern, including rare, scarce, and collectible firearms. We sell knives, swords, and bayonets from the Civil War era to modern. We sell reloading supplies, optics, tactical lights, ammunition, and other assorted accessories. We also sell cigars. On the P. A. Jewelers side, we sell new and estate gold, silver and platinum jewelry, some dating back to the Victorian era. We sell Citizen watches as well as fine estate watches. We sell gold and silver US coins dating back to the 1800’s. And, yes, we also sell gold and silver bullion. I currently have 10 staff members, all with various skills and areas of knowledge. Unfortunately, it is impossible to employ staff where each and every one is knowledgeable about every item we sell. If you know of someone that is well versed in all the areas we deal in, I would be more than happy to offer them a job. Instead, I employ nice, professional, and courteous staff that are quick to help and if they don’t know the answer, they know who on staff to ask. Every day that we are open, I have staff here that can assist in each section of the shop with every product we sell. It may not be the first staffer you interact with, but he or she, if that can’t help you, will know which staff member can and make sure you get all the answers you are seeking.To immediately assume that because one staff member does not know current silver prices that he, in this case, does not know what he is doing, is very short sighted. If you had a question about trap shotguns or vintage Smith revolvers, the staffer you spoke with would be my go-to. For gold, silver or jewelry questions it would be one of my other staffers. When you were in the store earlier today, we had three staffers that could answer your silver questions and I am confident if you had waited after he offered to get pricing, we could have accommodated you. He did not yell at you, he said he would have to get pricing for you which he would have done if you hadn’t stormed out in a huff. And, as I am sure you know being a silver buyer, silver is priced off the current market and must be looked up each time. I am sorry for your experience, but you will be hard pressed to find a diverse retail business where every single staff member knows everything about everything that is sold there. But, if you wish to return some day, I assure you I have a staff that can answer all of your questions.
