The service people are decent and if you get the right guy they do the job right the first time, the wrong person and they will make multiple trips. as for their oil delivery they are a Complete Rip off!! they generally charge about 80 cents a gallon more than other delivery companies and they explain this by saying every company has a right to charge different prices.

I don't like to write 1 star reviews, but these people are unbelievable. They are so nasty - from Mike, the main contact, to the woman at the answering service. I called bc my hot water wasn't working and Mike wouldn't even confirm whether or not someone would come out. He kept telling me "they would do what they could". Which I understand, but that also isn't an answer to a yes or no question. When I called 4 hours later to ask for an update, Mike told me to "sit down and be patient" and then hung up on me. The amount of disrespect and lack of customer service is so uncalled for. I only called twice all day after waiting many hours between calls- I could understand if I was harassing them with a barrage of calls, but this was not the case. No one takes pride in anything these days, but there is no need to be such a jerk. I would use more expletive words, but I don't want my review to be taken down. These people deserve to have the word out about how nasty and disrespectful they are. Shame on them.

If I could give this company NO stars, I definitely would. Mike, the owner, has absolutely terrible customer service. My furnace has been leaking oil for almost three months now. They have sent a mechanic almost ten times and the issue is still not resolved. The mechanic that came is a very nice person, however making an appointment has always been so difficult. Mike is very rude, does not want to listen, always interrupts when I’m speaking, and is NOT accommodating to scheduling. Making an appointment is impossible with this company because they do not care about their customers. I can’t wait to switch oil companies immediately.
