Budget Truck Rental

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ever with Budget. Never renting again. Had a truck tire blowout going 65mph, nearly caused a massive wreck. They left me stranded on the highway shoulder for 4hrs! Now customer service only offers me a tiny discount. AWFUL!

This truck driver was sitting in a parked position and all of a sudden drove onto the road and nearly swipe side us. I was really scared and the driver couldn’t care less. I called budget truck rental and they hung up on me. I hope this post helps other people understand the dangers of budget vehicles when rented to amateurs that don’t care about safety or the law.

Horrible experience with this company. You'll reserve a truck for a specific date and when u go to pick it up, they don't have any trucks

This is a reflection on the inventory and budget truck in general. We arrived to pick up our truck and informed that there were no trucks available. There were 10 people waiting and there were No trucks at all. Do not get Truck from here. We then called budget who was of no assistance. We were told to hold tight for 2 hours until they could locate a truck. Never using budget again.
