Horrible service. The coordinator Joanne treats you HORRIBLE!!! The person that she sent to us was very scary (her behavior), bad attitude, with no english and no experience. I definitely do not recommend this place.

We've been using GEM Health Care Agency for almost 6 months. My parents are receiving quality care from this agency. The agency has worked with us to find the right personality and skilled care givers for my parents. I feel confident leaving my parents alone now. You can't put price on peace of mind.

This is an agency who truly care about their client. They math up the patient with the home aid. The agency is in constant communication with the families of the patient to ensure the care of the patient by calling to see how things are going. Following up if the patient is admitted to the hospital. The staffs are very helpful in connecting with other agencies (social services, medicare, medicaid) when needed. They make you feel you are part of their family. Always make sure patients have coverage. Check on patient during increment weather. We are very pleased with GEM and have/would recommend family members and friends.
