Dont ever use this company. They add double the weight of what it really is in the container and then charge your card automatically for the amount they want. Very rude and nasty owner that yells at you over the phone. Never supplied the receipt from the actual place where the container was dropped off, instead typed up his own receipt.Took a deposit that wasnt written in the contract of $1200 as security without letting us know. Since he has all the information on your credit card he thinks that he can charge any amount that comes to his mind without the actual proof. If I could give him a 0 stars I would.

Poor poor customer service. When I questioned charges on my card the person on the line yelled at me, hung the phone up. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

DO NOT USE !! YOU WILL BE SORRY !! I wish I could have the option of putting NO STARS .. Im upset that I have to actually use a star just to write this comment .. This is the most unorganized company I have every used and all I wanted to do was dump dirt... Such a small job I ordered a 20 yard container to dump my dirt and I had to nearly swear on a bible that I would only dump dirt inside of it after the dispatcher ANTHONY cross examines me for more than the necessary time he should be. Then the dispatcher tells me that he would pick it up in 5 days . After 5 days there was no pick up and a week after I call the company to see if they are picking it up ,the dispatcher gets an attitude with me and tells me that he doesnt handle pick up calls so I have to email a request to pick up container. A week after that after sending email I call again and once again the dispatcher has an attitude and says that if u didnt get a response by email then no pick up . I ask why dont you just pick up the container and talk to whoever is in office and he tells me to send another email. A week after that I call again, he tells me that he will pick it up in a few days and a day later he calls me back and says that hes going to charge me for 3 WEEKS OF PERMITS .. after I explain to him that this falls on the company and I am not responsible for these permit costs he says I will only charge you for two ! As if hes doing me a favor. I am going to just pay the permit 140$ just because I dont want to have to deal with this company again. It will be the best 140 I ever spent just so I could complete the agreement with Safewaycarting and write this review. After swearing on His kids that he never told me he was going to automatically pick it up in 5 days , he complains about how much money he is going to lose as if I had something to do with that. Very UNORGANIZED, UNPROFESSIONAL, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE..
