The whole team at King Fook Funeral Services handled my grandmother's funeral with caring, considerate and comprehensive attitudes and perspectives. They accommodated Western religions with traditional Chinese culture and provided streamline services and materials throughout the whole process. All the team members including Mr. Chan and Joe had been very professional and taking good care of the family's feelings through all the steps. The venue is also tranquil and makes relatives feel at ease.

Joe and his team at King Fook were incredibly helpful with funeral arrangements. Joe patiently answered all of our questions and explained the entire process to us in detail. He never once pressured us into every service and made really thoughtful recommendations based on our cultural traditions. His team was kind, compassionate, professional, and attentive from start to finish. If you lost a loved a one and arent sure where to start, consider King Fooks services. Update (April 2021): I wanted to follow up to let people know about the exceptional service here. I'm very thankful to Joe who has been a tremendous help to us even after the funeral. I needed help with paperwork and just questions about the cemetary and he always made himself available to help. I still highly recommend his services.

This is one of those times when you see a 5-star rating online, I believe the 5-star rating is well deserved. The staff at King Fook has been a tremendous help in helping our family transition past after our loved one's death. Joe Yee and his team, has been exceptional throughout the entire process. All the prices are 100% transparent, the service and staff are very professional, and will help guide you through even if you have no idea on how a funeral process goes, and they do the utmost care to honor and respect your fallen loved one. Although a funeral service is something I hope no one needs to have, in the event of an end of life scenario that happens to anyone, I highly recommend King Fook to help make anyone's post-loss experience much easier.
