The employees of this branch of TD Bank in Washington Square, Brookline, have always been extremely helpful, patient and friendly over a good many years. I won't mention individual names because the staff have changed over the years and I have dealt with so many helpful people, from tellers to bank managers. Besides my own personal checking account, I, as Executor of an Estate and Trustee of a Trust, have opened bank accounts for those entities at this branch. I have also used their free notary services a number of times. They have helped me navigate necessary overseas transfer of funds, among other things. They have always provided when asked, good advice. Also, it makes me feel good to be recognized and called by my name whenever I enter.

Literally the worst banking experience ever. My savings account kept getting hit with fees. With no real help from the online banking associates, I visit this branch. They closed the account to avoid future fees. Then they tell me they would have reimbursed the fees if I didnt close my account. What in the world. I could have just received the reimbursement then closed the account. This is an example of the lack of clear communication. Sorry Celtics. I love TD Garden but TD bank is horrible. I will completely terminate my relationship with this bank over the next month or so.
