Always had a good experience at Eco Green Cleaners in Bronxville until my last visit when I dropped off 3 high end designer label shirts for dry cleaning they obviously laundered them instead because all three shrunk and the lady behind the counter is arguing with me that no they were dry cleaned. Why the extreme shrinkage then. Own up to it and offer reimbursement which they did not do.

I've been using Eco Green for several years now. What a difference from my last dry cleaner! No more toxic chemical smells, like at the other place. I made the change due to health concerns, and I'm so glad I did.  Good quality, helpful service, and the parking is convenient. I highly recommend it!

Eco allegedly dropped off a shirt that wasn't ours. After we searched our closets and didn't find the shirt. We relayed this to Eco several times in person and over the phone. They are convinced we still have the shirt. After going in to drop off more dry-cleaning the owner AGAIN asked us to return the shirt. I explained we didn't have it. We were asked not to come back. Terrible customer service. Cannot believe we are being blamed for Eco losing someone else's dry cleaning. Won't be using them again!
