Hello, my name is Vivian. I live at split rock nursing home. in my opinion, this nursing home is a wonderful place to be because your family and you are treated professionally with wonderful staff. Each department has its expertise who meet your needs. My favorite department is the recreation department. I get to create beautiful and wonderful works of art. Although all the other departments are fantastic this one stands above them all. I came here because my weight was very high and needed bariatric surgery They worked with me and put me on proper diet to become healthy. Also, the psychiatric department showed me tools how I can be able to work through my anxieties. Overall My experience has been excellent. I Highly recommend this facility to many others. Because I feel it's the best and your family will be well taken care of.

Great facility. The staff are caring and the food was great. Grandma got great therapy.

Horrible facility . The whole place smelled of extreme feces and thats saying something. I know Its an elderly home but the place is horrible do not do not let your family go here my mother was here for one day after leaving the hospital and died the next day horrible place p.s if anyone know of a good negligence/ Malpractice lawyer my instagram is the same as my review name

I was transferred here from a local hospital closer to my apartment because I needed intensive respiratory care at thr moment. I am very grateful to split rock for everything they have done to help me with my recovery when I couldn't move even 1 finger on the l side of my body or ellwalk without help or a device to help not fall and take small steps things I took for granted before
