        These people are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Ive lived in my apartment for an entire year with a broken buzzer and my super has been trying to have them come fix it since the day I moved in (my building has a contract with this company). When I was finally called an entire year after moving in to be told they would be coming by, the man on the phone told me a specific time, only for them to be two hours late the day of my appointment. Having them over after such a hostile conversation on the phone was awkward and uncomfortable. If youre going to be unprofessional, at least be kind. I hope I never have to deal with this company ever again.
