Indian Springs Apartments

I'm in shock after reading the reviews. I think they are paying people to say nice things because after living at Indian springs for 4 years, I'm here to tell you, those reviews are bogus. I would like to tell you how things really are here. I was homeless for 9 months. I got my call the first week of Covid to come get my keys. I was ecstatic. It meant life changing, happy days were headed out way. My daughter, who had been living out of state with my mother for that 9 months, could finally come home and out family would be back together again. But when I went to get my keys, I couldn't go in the office. That was fine. The lady that was working at the time told me due to Covid,, she could go to the apartment but could not go ido a walk through with me.. that was fine. I had to sign my paperwork in the parking lot and that was the extent of my lease experience. I was not given copies, or rules, or shown the property or told how to get maintenance with done or what to do if I got a job...... Nothing. You move in to your new home thinking life is finally turning itself around and God is smiling down on you and that things are going to be great. But, from day one, I was not s happy camper. One review stated how clean the property is. That is absolutely false. The dumpsters overflow. The parking lots are littered with trash. Food on the ground that never gets picked up. The small laundry by my apartment is so gross. I refuse to use it at all. They get vandalized all the time. There had when

Ive been trying to get ahold of someone to see where I am at in the application process it took three weeks just to get the Im assuming manager back on the phone because shes always on property she took my name and number and promised to call me back I havent heard a single word from her at all and now the office went back to the automated system. This is really distasteful for an apparently complex to behave in such a lazy and dysfunctional manner.

I love the community vibe and neighborly atmosphere that exists here. Its always clean and safe. There are always helpful security guards onsite in the evenings.
