I was a referral and this appointment had been made about a month ago and when I come to my doctors appointment, they didnt know that the other hospital that I was referred from didnt send all the results so I have to go back and theyve had my appointment scheduled since the beginning of March and I went yesterday. It seems to me that they wouldve looked at my chart whenever the appointment was made to make sure that everything was there so things could be requested if something was forgotten

Dr. S doesn't really care. Hes a nice guy, but if youre looking for someone to actually care about you and maintain knowledge of where you are medically, go somewhere else. Also when you call them out on that the nurse or him or whoever never replies. Its a shame.

For a busy medical clinic I have always had good luck getting through the phone system and speaking with a human being. The lab techs, MAs, nurses, and receptionists are exceptional at their jobs and always have made a less than pleasant experience as painless as possible. All the Doctors who I have seen have been professional and caring and try to make the patients comfortable.

You cant even get them on the phone to even make an appointment. They literally will not answer the phone. I have been on hold for 15+ minutes and called several times with the same experience. Its literally ridiculous. And whats worse? With my insurance, I literally have no choice but these people and the people at the North location literally told me that my crippling anxiety and inability to eat because of it would be good for my waistline. These are literally the worst clinics. Avoid them if you can.
