I leased a house from JHPM&L for 2 years, never paid rent late during my lease. They charged me $1,275 deposit. When I moved out of the property I gave them a 30 day notice prior to my lease being up, I had the lawn mowed up until the last day of my lease, I have the carpets professionally cleaned when I moved out and I clean the entire house and the appliances. They made up charges that consumed my entire $1,275 deposit plus an additional $350. Some of the charges were for things that were so vague I had no idea what they were for and they gave me no indication what they were for. One of the charges was $789 for painting the house, I've never lived anywhere where upon my departure I was expected to paint the entire house. Another charge was for " Make Ready parts" 339.50$. What is that?? They are dishonest thieves and it really grieves me to think of how many families they have and will continue to cheat if nothing is done.

I wish I could give 0 stars.  This company neglected our property in their care.  They lost maintenance complaints, didn't inform us of needed repairs, allowed our tenants to suffer a week in Tulsa (in the summer) without air conditioning, and generally failed to communicate with us and our tenants throughout our relationship.    Despite admitting neglect, they charged us an additional 2 months of service fees when we exited our agreement.  Classy.

I tried to contact the leasing agent Glinda Hausam. I was met with extreme rudeness. I simply stated interest in a rental property. Her reply was that she was not interested in talking with someone she didn't know. I found that to be extremely rude since she and her number are listed on Zillow as the contact for leasing. She was not eager or even interested in providing any type of service. She went on to add that she had some suggestions for me indicating that she had less than favorable words to say about a simple request for information and a viewing of the property. I certainly would not want to rent from her or this property management group since they practice that level of unprofessionalism. Very rude!
