Don't trust! There is no zero, so I gave 1 star. They told me I would have to pay only $3000 in 2018. I did pay it in full. Then I've received a collection call. They reported me as I have more than $2700 unpaid balance. I didn't receive any call or bill from them. I am not sure what is this for. But I wouldn't trust them!

I went to Aspen, needed a new lower partial. I made the mistake of paying all the cost up front. I am very dissatisfied with Aspen. The young lady who took the impression had really no training of how to do it, of course it didn't fit. Then they said it was because of gum srinkage and I would have to wait 6 months. They made a temporary which broke the day after I got it. I found another excellent dentist who has taken care of my problems. I have called Aspen Dental to get the money I paid and was not used refunded and have of course been unsuccessful. I have no doubt that they will find some expenditures to take all of the money I paid up front. At 77 yrs of age. I am still learning...Now they are not returning my calls.

they made a mistake that sent me to the hospital and then called and told me they were going to fix it for free but when I got there they charge my card anyways .

So i went to Aspen Dental in Tulsa quite a while ago and was given a treatment plan. I didnt return for some time because it was super expensive. When i did return i went to the BA location. Was told i needed 600 dollars worth of work done, that was just my portion after insurance. I used to be a dental assistant so i thought what they said i needed done wasnt accurate. I made the appointment anyway and in the meantime a friend of mine told me they got taken advantage of by Aspen Dental, they overcharged them as well. They also told me of two other friends who had the same issue. They told all Four of us that we needed deep scale root planing and needed antibiotics for deep pockets making it even more expensive. One of them they included a super expensive toothbrush and said insurance covered it, and it did not cover it so she had to pay for the ridiculously priced toothbrush. I took my business elsewhere. The new dentist i went to said that no i do not in fact need a DSRP cleaning. Treatment plan was more like $160 rather than almost 600. So i strongly recommend taking your business to a dental office that isnt a chain operation. Unless you like your money being taken for no reason.
